Our management and maintenance company is looking for a Doorman to join our team; playing a key role in the company by ensuring the quality and upkeep of our environment. Your responsibilities include controlling access for people and vehicles, monitoring security cameras, alarms, and access control systems, receiving, identifying, and directing people to their recipients, controlling and managing the receipt and delivery of correspondence and goods for residents via system or through a logbook, ensuring safety and order on the premises, monitoring common areas, communicating with residents and visitors, communicating with other staff members and the building manager, providing support during emergencies, recording entries and exits of people and vehicles, being responsible for keeping the entrance area clean and organized, maintaining the incident logbook, registering people in the system or manually.
