Job Summary: Professional responsible for operational and financial management of the unit, customer service, inventory control, and support for internal campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and financial management of the unit 2. Welcoming customer service and excellence in customer care 3. Inventory control and organization of materials Opening and closing of the unit, checking windows, lights, and equipment. Daily cash closing and submission to the finance department, including deposits. Execution of financial routines and attachment of supporting documents in the system. Verification, correction, and acceptance of invoices. Biweekly inventory control and organization of materials. Sending and receiving SEDEX packages. Management of appointments and customer confirmations. In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service, ensuring welcoming treatment and excellence. Receiving and sending devices for technical support, issuing and updating service orders (OS). Customer registration and updates in the system. Promotion of campaigns and support for internal initiatives.
