We are seeking a **Commercial Receptionist** with a commercial profile and a strong focus on customer service to work on the front line of the clinic. This professional will be responsible for welcoming customers, consultatively presenting laser hair removal services, and actively contributing to the unit's commercial results, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. **Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and online (WhatsApp/social media) customer service; * Welcome customers, understand their needs, and present laser hair removal services and plans; * Participate in the sales process, lead conversion, and contract closing; * Schedule, confirm, and organize the appointment calendar; * Support customers before and after the sale, ensuring excellence in relationship management; * Update registrations, contracts, and internal systems; * Achieve commercial targets and performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferred: courses in commerce, aesthetics, or customer service); * Prior experience in public-facing roles and sales, preferably in aesthetic or healthcare clinics; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor; * Commercial mindset, proactivity, and negotiation aptitude; * Organizational skills and proficiency with digital systems and tools. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary; * Attractive sales commission; * Meal allowance and transportation allowance; * Ongoing training and development; * Professional growth opportunities.
