We seek an organized, proactive professional with a strategic mindset, capable of monitoring construction projects responsibly, with quality and attention to processes, ensuring excellence at every execution stage. Responsibilities: * Monitor and supervise construction progress; * Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and budget; * Coordinate teams, suppliers, and contractors; * Perform physical\-financial measurements and control; * Monitor construction schedules and site reports; * Ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations; * Support planning and field activity execution; * Participate in technical meetings and strategic alignment sessions. Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Experience in construction monitoring and execution; * Knowledge of project reading and planning; * Organized, communicative profile with strong team management skills; * Proficiency in Excel and construction monitoring tools. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the real estate/development sector; * Knowledge of budgeting and planning; * Familiarity with construction management software.
