




Description: Elementary education completed; Previous experience in pantry/kitchen/cleaning areas; Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; Efficiency, organization, attention to cleanliness and teamwork. The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and organization of kitchen, pantry and utility areas in the hotel's restaurant, ensuring adequate hygiene and food safety conditions for food preparation and service. * Wash, sanitize and organize dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment. * Keep countertops, floors, walls, trash bins and storage areas always clean and disinfected according to health inspection standards. * Organize cleaned materials safely and efficiently for immediate use by the kitchen team. * Properly separate and dispose of waste, complying with the hotel's recycling and sustainability guidelines. * Assist in replenishing and controlling cleaning supplies and utensils. * Comply with Food Safety procedures, preventing cross-contamination. * Support the kitchen team with simple operational tasks whenever necessary. 2510240202201829465
