Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily operational activities, ensuring safety, stability, and efficiency, as well as directing teams. Key Highlights: 1. UTE Orizon is a biogas-fired thermal power plant dedicated to generating energy from renewable sources, directly contributing to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. We seek an Operations Supervisor to lead the plant’s daily operational routines, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient operation of assets, as well as appropriate direction of field teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and coordinate UTE’s operational activities, ensuring compliance with technical and safety procedures; * Lead and guide operators’ and technicians’ teams, promoting engagement, operational discipline, and effective communication; * Monitor operational KPIs, incidents, shutdowns, and interventions, ensuring proper documentation and feedback; * Interface with Maintenance, Engineering, and Management departments, supporting decision-making; * Ensure compliance with SSMA standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements; * Support planning of activities, shifts, schedules, and operational priorities; * Contribute to the technical and behavioral development of the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education and a technical course in related fields (electrical, electronics, maintenance mechanics, or others). * Prior experience in power plant operations, preferably in thermal power plants (UTE), energy generation, or industrial processes; * Leadership profile, proactivity, and strong communication skills; * Ability to direct teams in critical situations and make operational decisions; * Commitment to safety, organization, and operational discipline; * Knowledge of Jenbacher Series 4 engines and electrical, mechanical, and industrial process systems will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** The company offers a competitive benefits package aligned with market best practices and focused on employee well-being and quality of life, including: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance and food allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Pharmacy allowance * Gym allowance In addition to these benefits, we provide a collaborative work environment focused on safety, professional development, and sustainable growth, valuing committed individuals who align with our culture. #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
