Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality. * Implement operational processes and policies aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements. * Control operational costs and optimize resources. * Negotiate with suppliers and partners to ensure deadlines and quality standards. * Lead teams of supervisors and coordinators, promoting development and engagement. * Prepare management reports and present results to the executive board. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable regulatory standards. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Solid experience in operational management and team leadership. * Knowledge of operational processes, performance indicators, and strategic management. * Proficiency in logistics management systems and tools. * Advanced Excel, knowledge of Power BI. * Strong communication skills, leadership, and negotiation ability. * Organizational skills and results orientation. Desirable Requirements * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Logistics, or Operations. * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies. * Proactivity and ability to handle complex and high-pressure situations.
