The intern will work alongside the team responsible for ensuring the quality of educational experiences within the LMS. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support content publication and updates within the LMS. Assist in organizing and analyzing educational data (quantitative and qualitative). Provide user support (students and teachers) regarding LMS-related issues. Document procedures and create simple guides for tool usage. Collaborate in generating performance reports and metrics. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Undergraduate student in a Technology-related field. **Computer Skills:** Basic knowledge of HTML or digital content editing. Experience with educational platforms (e.g., Blackboard).
