Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Proactively monitor dashboards and monitoring systems (infrastructure, networks, security, etc.) to identify potential failures or anomalies; * Operational Support: Perform initial triage of alerts and incidents, logging occurrences in management tools; * Communication: Assist in communicating incidents to responsible technical teams and keep stakeholders informed about operational status; * Documentation: Help create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge bases, and incident reports; * Preliminary Analysis: Conduct basic system health checks and assist in preliminary problem analysis under supervision; * Teamwork: Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure efficient problem resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Electrical Engineering; * Must maintain an active enrollment at any higher education institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Must be enrolled from the 4th semester onward and no more than one year away from graduation; * Must be available for a daily schedule of six hours in the morning (7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday. **Additional Information** Our PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
