The Amazon Logistics team is seeking a Team Leader to join Amazon Brazil’s team at our Delivery Station located in Bayeux\-PB. This role requires on-site work under pre-agreed shifts. Four core focus areas: Safety, Quality, Customer Experience, and Productivity. You and your team will be responsible for ensuring operational health and quality to guarantee that products are available for Amazon customers. Key job responsibilities * Review work plans and define productivity requirements for production, aligning with overall operational goals. * Partner with other Operations Leaders to balance workload, ensuring balanced and efficient shifts while meeting all operational objectives. * Support all health and safety programs to maintain a safe workplace for all associates. * Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * 1\+ years of experience in a customer\-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing * Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications * Experience with Excel * Bachelor's degree * Experience developing operational processes and technologies **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Speak, write, and read fluently in English Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
