Description
Inventory Analyst to oversee and manage inventory for industrial operations, ensuring data accuracy, material organization, and support to production and logistics departments.
The professional will be responsible for monitoring material receipts and issuances, conducting cyclic and general inventories, analyzing stock discrepancies, and supporting improvements in inventory control processes.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Monitor and control inventories of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods;
* Conduct cyclic and periodic inventories;
* Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies;
* Generate reports and performance indicators;
* Track transactions in the system;
* Support receiving, warehousing, and shipping processes;
* Ensure inventory organization and compliance with internal procedures;
* Collaborate with Production, PCP, Logistics, and Procurement teams to align inventory information;
* Participate in process and internal control improvement initiatives.
### **Requirements**
* Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or industrial logistics;
* Knowledge of inventory control and inventory management;
* Experience with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills;
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
