Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you; however, we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** Perform finishing and repair services on concrete blocks and surfaces; lay bricks; apply plaster and finish structural elements; prepare various types of mortars; install roof tiles, drainage pipes, ceramic tiles, and ceramics; replace ceilings, plaster, PVC, and sanitary fixtures—according to instructions and requests received from the immediate supervisor. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** Receive from the immediate supervisor indications regarding the work location and instructions concerning tasks to be performed; prepare concrete structures for finishing by cutting rebar ends, chiseling excess concrete with a sledgehammer and pointed tool, wetting surfaces, applying cement paste or mortar, repairing edges, and correcting other irregularities per the immediate supervisor’s instructions; provide final finishing to walls and floors by applying, spreading, and smoothing cement paste and mortar, removing excess material, and sanding using various tools and materials; lay bricks by positioning them in layers, bonding them with mortar, verifying electrical and hydraulic installations, and monitoring the thickness of mortar, plaster, and cladding layers to erect walls, fences, pillars, steps, etc.; replace cardboard, plaster, and PVC ceilings by applying appropriate materials for each operation to comply with routine procedures; instruct assistants on mortar material dosages and types to accelerate work; convey instructions and knowledge related to performed tasks to assistants to foster their professional development; carry out activities according to the instructions and service priorities set by the immediate supervisor, adhering to institutional norms and procedures, as well as occupational safety and health, environmental, and quality requirements, and properly using required uniforms and personal protective equipment; maintain the workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized to ensure their good condition of use, storing generated waste in appropriate containers and locations, preserving occupational safety, health, and environmental standards; perform other related duties within the scope of the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** UNIPE: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon–Thu), 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Fri), 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM (lunch break), 220 hours Are you ready to contribute to our purpose of quality and excellence in education?
