The Funeral Assistant is the right-hand support of the Service Agent. They are there beside them, helping ensure everything runs in perfect order. They assist in preserving and preparing materials, organizing physical spaces, help transport the deceased when necessary, and even guide people. Responsibilities and Duties Receive caskets from suppliers, verifying information on invoices against delivered items; Periodically monitor inventory, performing counts and checking quantities of each model in the system and electronic spreadsheets; Maintain good preservation condition of caskets and accessories, inspecting for damage, performing repairs and periodic cleaning of items as well as the warehouse; Assist in carrying out funeral services, accompanying agents during removals when local support is unavailable; Assist in vehicle cleaning, performing regular hygiene procedures and taking them to mechanical workshops for maintenance; Assist in cleaning and maintaining the funeral home's physical facilities; Restock coffee kits, delivering them to the deceased's family through the service agent when necessary. **Requirements:** High school diploma or currently enrolled; Experience in cleaning activities; Driver's license AB; Physical fitness; Polite and patient demeanor; Availability to work under a 12x36 shift schedule.
