After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Close SAC and CRM metrics; * Manage case reports and close cases \+ input reports with conclusions into Sales Force; * Conduct critical analysis of received batches versus products to identify potential improvement groups, bridging this gap with other supporting areas; * Monitor analysis of UPS (Unplanned Samples) from retention samples to understand/correlate SAC defects with product lifecycle, and also map the sample itself until end-of-life; * Track top company concerns to understand treatments applied to UPS; * Verify GPD and PPR metrics at each closing and bridge results to Management Team for official confirmation of achieved targets; * Hold working meetings with TOP five suppliers (weekly or bi-weekly); * Manage incoming data to map opportunities for changes in receiving plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies in Quality Management preferred; * CRQ registration (Chemistry Council qualification registry) preferred; * Technical knowledge of Chemistry preferred; * Knowledge of statistical software preferred; * Knowledge of Quality Management preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred. **Worth mentioning:** Working hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday\-feira **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
