Job Summary: Support the monitoring of processes and implement changes to optimize service quality, pursuing excellence and new strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Support in optimizing production processes 2. Participation in process improvement projects 3. Preparation of technical and results reports Support the monitoring of processes and implemented changes, actively seeking excellence and continuously developing new strategies to enhance service quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare reports and presentations of results; * Send informative emails containing industrial data; * Prepare technical reports; * Apply quality tools to optimize the production process; * Monitor the production process to understand it and identify improvement opportunities; * Analyze factory performance indicator data; * Monitor process control; * Participate in new process improvement projects; * Develop process control spreadsheets. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***Mandatory:*** Currently enrolled in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Materials Engineering programs (from the 6th semester onward); Intermediate Excel proficiency; Basic knowledge of quality tools. ***Desirable:*** Organized Time management skills Teamwork ability Availability to intern 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. **Join Mohawk Brasil: Where innovation and tradition build the future!** With 65 years of history, we are part of the Mohawk Group, a global leader in surfacing solutions.
