The Senior Ergonomics Analyst will support the South America region’s strategy by promoting standardization, quality, and continuous evolution of ergonomics practices across industrial operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the development of ergonomics strategies in the South America region;
* Ensure standardization and quality of ergonomics services;
* Drive continuous improvement of working conditions in manufacturing plants;
* Support operational transformation considering psychophysiological factors;
* Educate partners to increase awareness and competence in ergonomics;
* Propose and facilitate initiatives and projects aimed at improving working conditions;
* Ensure application of the Group’s ergonomics assessment references and tools.
**Requirements:**
We expect you to have:
* Bachelor’s degree in health-related fields such as Physical Therapy, Nursing, or Physical Education;
* Postgraduate degree in Ergonomics;
* Knowledge of ergonomics applied to the industrial environment;
* Experience in ergonomic risk assessment and process improvement;
* Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
It will be considered an advantage if you have:
* Experience in large-scale industrial environments.
