Collaborate and provide structural support for the implementation of the teaching plan. Contribute to the process of evaluating students' practical performance. Act as an interface between the School and the Workplace regarding professional relationships. Be responsible for the student's professional ethical development. Have the ability to integrate the concepts and values of the School and the Workplace, helping the trainee develop feasible actions to solve everyday problems. Contribute suggestions for adapting changes in the work environment, aiming to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Report to the Course Coordination and faculty member the progress of practical activities and any incidents (conduct, process, and attendance) related to the institution and the subject taught. Participate in Course Faculty meetings when invited. Stay updated on institutional documents. Promote and defend the institution's code of ethics; comply with and enforce decisions made by faculty boards and the management of your Academic Unit, as well as the guiding principles of the institution's vision, mission, and values. Stay informed about professional work practices. Be responsible for complying with and enforcing safety norms and procedures applicable to the practical environment. Properly use the systems and resources provided by the institution for performing your work according to defined rules and procedures.
