




Job Summary: Electrical Engineering internship to assist in mapping, maintenance, and analysis of the plant's electrical systems, contributing to continuous improvement and process standardization. Analysis of electrical performance data and proposal of improvements Description: Required: Ongoing enrollment in Electrical Engineering program (from the 6th semester onward); Intermediate Excel skills; Basic knowledge of quality tools. Desirable: Organized; Time management skills; Teamwork ability; Availability to intern from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday (1-hour lunch break). * Assist in mapping plant electrical assets and systems (distribution boards, panels, transformers, motors, motor control centers, cables, lighting, lightning protection systems, etc.); * Support development and updating of electrical maintenance plans, defining frequencies, responsibilities, and prioritization criteria; * Contribute to standardization of maintenance checklists and inspection spreadsheets, aligning with preventive and predictive maintenance practices; * Support implementation of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or automated spreadsheets for work order registration and tracking; * Conduct field inspections under supervision, verifying physical integrity of panels, connections, cables, and protective devices; * Monitor electrical measurements (current, voltage, insulation resistance, thermography, etc.); * Support the team in executing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as re-tightening, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration; * Record non-conformities and support proposing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives; * Support collection and analysis of electrical performance data (energy consumption, temperature, vibration, current, power factor, etc.); * Contribute to creation of electrical asset indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, criticality, failure rate); * Prepare technical reports based on inspections and measurements, identifying failure trends and proposing scheduled or emergency corrective interventions; * Assist integration of inspections with digital dashboards and reports; * Support updating of electrical diagrams, inventories, and intervention records; * Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions; * Maintain control and traceability of equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) used in electrical activities; * Support updating of maintenance history and failure analysis. 2511050202231849705
