Only education transforms! **As an Educational Pedagogical Coordinator, your challenges will include:** * Organizing and supervising the teaching and learning process within your assigned segment, ensuring reflection, engagement, and achievement of pedagogical and educational objectives; * Conducting weekly collective planning sessions for teacher training, analysis, and professional development; * Participating in teacher training initiatives aimed at improving teaching practices and pedagogical activities; * Leading individual meetings and providing feedback to teachers; * Providing pedagogical and educational support to high school students; * Analyzing academic performance and implementing appropriate interventions involving students, teachers, and families; * Supporting students by mediating conflicts and addressing learning difficulties to enhance their development and academic performance. **Working hours:** Monday through Friday, from 6:50 a.m. to 4:50 p.m., with a 2-hour break; once per week, you will lead a pedagogical meeting during evening hours. **Essential qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Education (teacher training program), with specialization in Educational Management; Knowledge of cognitive, psychological, and social development stages; Experience in the teaching–learning process, classroom management, and conflict mediation; Practical experience in analyzing results and developing action plans for improvement. **And here’s what makes our benefits especially appealing:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and work schedule)* All stages of the selection process take place on our platform.
