Tooling Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a talented and production-passionate individual to join our team, with experience in people management and plastic injection molding machines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the tooling team and manage technical processes of suppliers in this area; * Manage projects and in-line products concerning tooling and fixtures; * Conduct critical analysis of tooling and fixtures jointly with suppliers and relevant internal departments, participating in project and product validation; * Monitor try-outs at supplier sites, preparing acceptance reports and validating or tracking proposed corrective action plans; * Support, monitor, and validate measurement and control fixtures for parts and products within this area together with the Quality department; * Support Engineering and Quality departments on matters related to this area, performing activities in accordance with best practices, company internal standards, procedures, and code of conduct. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma in Toolmaking or Mechanical fields; * Experience in people management and performance indicators; * Knowledge of large-scale tooling and plastic molds; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Intermediate English (a plus); **Additional Information** * Competitive remuneration based on experience; * Additional benefits including medical and dental assistance, and on-site meals; * Opportunities for career growth and participation in strategic projects; * Dynamic and challenging work environment; * Opportunity to work in one of the country’s leading and rapidly expanding automotive hubs. **Welcome to Direction Soluções Empresariais** *Recruitment & Selection connecting talents to the best opportunities* We are an enterprise solutions company specializing in management, occupational safety, compliance, and HR consulting focused on Recruitment & Selection.
