Opportunity: **Sushiman** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Reside in João Pessoa or Cabedelo - PB; * Minimum six months of proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of good food handling practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare Japanese cuisine dishes; * Select, clean, and cut fish and seafood, ensuring the use of fresh and high-quality ingredients; * Maintain hygiene, food storage, and equipment preservation, complying with food safety regulations; * Monitor inventory levels and product expiration dates; * Fulfill customer orders; * Work as part of a team; * Adhere to personal and workplace hygiene standards.
