João Câncio da Silva, 952 \- Manaíra, João Pessoa \- PB Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: CLT About the Law Firm: A law firm specializing in Public Servants’ Law, Armed Forces Law, and related areas. Responsibilities: * Make initial contact with potential clients (leads); * Qualify leads and identify their legal profiles and needs; * Schedule consultations for attorneys; * Update information and service history in the CRM; * Conduct follow-ups and maintain relationships with leads; * Support the sales team in achieving targets. Requirements: * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical mindset; * Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, CRM, email); * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience as an SDR, pre-sales representative, or inside sales professional; * Experience working in a law firm or legal field; * Basic knowledge of Administrative Law or Public Servants’ Law; * Experience managing goals and performance indicators (KPIs); * Courses or training in sales, negotiation, or customer service.
