**JOB DESCRIPTION** · Assist in pre-preparation and preparation of foods according to order requests, washing, sanitizing, and cutting ingredients; placing them into appropriate containers, making them ready for cooking menu dishes. · Assist in bakery activities when necessary, such as preparing desserts, cakes, and other items. · Ensure the quality of food items in the area, checking expiration dates and storage conditions. · Assist in assembling and restocking the restaurant buffet, coffee breaks, and employee meals, ensuring they are always well-stocked. Maintain proper presentation. · Assist immediate supervisor in maintaining area records and controls. · Participate in briefings together with the kitchen and restaurant team. · Ensure personal and food hygiene, as well as cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils, keeping the kitchen organized and clean according to required food safety standards. · Act as an ambassador of brand values and actively participate in Service Culture engagement initiatives. · When identifying a guest preference, share this information with the Front Desk team so that the ACDC system can be updated, enabling personalized products and services for each guest and creating remarkable experiences during every stay. · Follow management guidelines regarding selective waste collection and water and energy consumption to meet environmental objectives. · Perform other related duties as required by the department/hotel.
