




The Administrative Technology Analyst is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s technological infrastructure, developing and maintaining automations between systems, supporting business areas (Accounting, Tax, HR, Finance, BPO, etc.), and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, adjust, and maintain automations for integration among internal systems (accounting, financial, customer service, and productivity systems). * Map information flows across departments and propose technological solutions that reduce rework and errors. * Monitor automated routines, identify failures, perform corrections, and suggest improvements. * Support access management: creation, modification, and revocation of users, roles, and permissions in systems used by Tríade. * Collaborate on organizing and standardizing corporate folders and policies for storage and backup. * Provide technical support to teams (hardware, software, network, and internet) for daily operational requests, escalating complex cases when necessary. * Support the implementation of new technology tools, including testing, configuration, and user guidance. * Conduct targeted training sessions on correct system usage, automation tools, and best practices in information security. * Contribute to simple diagnostics and reports on system usage metrics, recurring failures, and improvement opportunities. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in IT or related fields (Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, etc.). * Prior experience in projects and extracurricular activities. * Courses in programming logic, process automation, and system integration. \-\> Preferred * Courses in networking and computer maintenance. \-\> Preferred * Courses and/or certifications in Microsoft, Google platforms, or automation tools. \-\> Preferred * Introductory project management courses (Scrum, Kanban, ITIL, or similar). \-\> Preferred **Tools and Software Knowledge:** * Functional/intermediate-level knowledge of “No-Code”, “Vibe-Code” programming and automation tools (e.g., N8n, UiPath, or similar). * Familiarity with AI tools. * Basic understanding of system integration via API (consuming endpoints, authentication, reading documentation). **Technical Competencies:** * Solid foundation in programming logic for designing and understanding automated workflows. * Knowledge of IT technical support (software installation, operating systems, printers, basic networking, and internet). * Basic database knowledge (simple SQL queries, table structures, data relationships). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and time management. * Attention to detail and commitment to information security and integrity. * Clear and assertive communication with both technical and non-technical teams. * Proactivity in identifying problems and seeking solutions. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams, respecting departmental routines and adopting a cooperative attitude. * Adaptability to changes in tools, processes, and priorities. **Differentiators:** * Experience in corporate technology and/or automation. * Experience in accounting offices, financial BPOs, or professional services firms. * Knowledge of Tools and Software * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially spreadsheets). * Experience with integrated accounting, tax, or financial systems. * Practical experience with automation and system integration tools (N8n, UiPath, or similar). * Basic Python scripting and simple SQL queries (reading and basic adjustments). * Familiarity with AI, customer service, and collaboration tools (corporate email, chat platforms, ticketing systems). * Knowledge of backup tools, cloud storage, and file organization.
