Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hybrid professional with experience in paid traffic management and web development (front-end and back-end) to bridge marketing and technology.
Key Highlights:
1. Tech + marketing profile
2. Fluency between coding and digital performance
3. Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
We are looking for a candidate who is strictly hybrid, with hands-on experience in paid traffic management and web development (front-end and back-end). This role is neither exclusively media-focused nor purely development-oriented: we seek someone who navigates seamlessly between code and digital performance, directly supporting campaign results generation. This position is ideal for professionals already working in—or aiming to establish themselves as—a tech + marketing profile, understanding how web pages, code, ads, and conversions interconnect. Key responsibilities:
- Design, adjust, and maintain websites, landing pages, campaign pages, and email marketing templates;
- Develop and implement front-end and back-end adjustments, ensuring performance and usability;
- Manage paid traffic, including creating, configuring, monitoring, and recommending optimal campaign options;
- Develop conversion-optimized pages (CRO) integrated with media campaigns;
- Support integrations, forms, email marketing, and automation;
- Monitor basic campaign and page metrics (clicks, leads, conversions);
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and digital strategy teams.
Requirements
Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms;
Knowledge of paid traffic management;
Understanding of audience segmentation, budgeting, creatives, and performance tracking;
Front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
Back-end knowledge (programming language or CMS — e.g., Java, PHP, WordPress, or similar);
Ability to create and modify pages, forms, and basic integrations.
Experience with additional advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads);
Familiarity with SEO, web performance, and PageSpeed;
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager;
Experience with e-commerce or sales funnels.
Benefits
Transportation allowance (for in-office days);
On-site meals (for in-office days);
Hybrid work model with flexibility.
Additional Information
Hybrid — 4 days remote, 1 day in-office.
