Description: Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Production, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Solid experience in planning and control of industrial construction projects; * Advanced Excel * Advanced MS Project Desirable: * Postgraduate degree in Project Management * Advanced English * Experience in mechanical assembly * Technical Standards * Project Management * Power BI * AutoCAD * Primavera * Plan, control and monitor all stages of the project lifecycle, from the initial phase of identifying demand/needs with client areas, through engineering development (conceptual, basic and detailed), up to completion and final delivery of works; * Lead the development, maintenance and periodic updating of complex multi-project schedules (portfolio), as well as their integration across projects, with a long-term vision and risk mitigation scenarios; * Manage and ensure compliance with the project management process according to department manuals and procedures; * Periodically evaluate and align with leadership the resources required to complete project activities; * Lead all project planning and control activities, such as: developing detailed schedules, defining planning methods and standards, preparing cost estimates, managing and controlling changes; collecting requirements, estimating time and resources required for projects, leading risk mapping and management, as well as periodically assessing performance to identify deviations and propose corrective actions; * Be responsible for technical planning and control activities by developing critical analyses, diagnostics, models, templates, processes, procedures, tools applicable to project management; * Conduct technical visits and meetings with suppliers and internal clients, properly formalizing them; * Monitor and control the department and ongoing project budgets, being accountable for managing the investment project portfolio; * Develop and lead project planning, periodically monitoring to ensure execution. Track physical and financial progress of the project portfolio and individual projects, regularly reporting status and performance indicator results defined with management, as well as identifying deviations, mapping risks and proposing appropriate corrective measures; * Support the preparation of technical specifications/scope documents for service and supply contracts, as well as technically lead the planning aspects during the contracting process for engineering firms, suppliers and service providers, while supervising services to ensure the scope is executed according to quality standards established by regulations, best practices, technical specifications and company standards; * Act as the local representative of the projects department within other company areas and site leadership where assigned. Interface with contracted parties and third-party management, proactively acting to defend company interests, always upholding ethics, integrity and compliance, ensuring proper fulfillment and application of all contractual provisions; * Conduct interface meetings and periodic follow-up of contracts, providing accurate information to support leadership in decision-making; * Support the project contract management process; * Support the measurement process of ongoing contracts, ensuring adherence of measurements to contractually established criteria; * Develop reports, minutes, periodic reports, technical assessments and other necessary project-related documents. Maintain routine updates of Engineering controls and weekly reporting on the status of ongoing contracts. Prepare periodic status reports for various reporting levels within the company. Perform periodic control and updating of project KPIs; * Build relationships of trust with team members, peers and colleagues from other company departments; * Interact with representatives from other teams, disciplines, company departments and third parties/contractors to understand and integrate all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consistency of project information and objectives, as well as their proper formalization; * Ensure correct analysis and interpretation of project scope, descriptions and documentation to understand deliverables and outputs to be achieved, as well as compliance with established project management workflows; 2510270202221772683
