Postgraduate studies in the field will be considered a differentiator. * Knowledge of Corporate Accounting (IFRS); Tax and Fiscal; Investment projects and asset management; * Advanced Office suite; * Advanced SAP; * Intermediate level in English and Spanish; * Ensure asset control in factories and assets held by third parties: activations, write\-offs, all internal and external movements, execution of periodic physical inventories according to schedule, and coordination of auctions for obsolete assets; * Support internal and external audits; * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, improvements, and security of controls; implement audit recommendations for the factory and guide other managers regarding adherence to policies and procedures; ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS); * Monitor proper utilization of unit\-specific tax incentives (Tax incentives, PIS / COFINS, Income Tax, CIAP, Lei do Bem, Special Regimes, management of fiscal document archives, and credit optimization); * Monthly monitoring of actions and quarterly information for the calculation of inventory loss provisions (finished goods, work\-in\-process, and raw materials) according to policy, contributing to risk controls and management; * Coordinate the development and presentation of KPIs for factory controller teams; * Monitor and improve activities performed by the Shared Solutions Center (CSC); * Work with public authorities under guidance from the Legal department; * Provide solutions for complex control issues; * Provide appropriate Compliance guidance to internal teams; 2510060202291530778
