Maintenance of network infrastructure and IT equipment A motorcycle dealership seeks an IT Support Analyst in Paulista (Paratibe). We provide services ranging from consulting to custom software development. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to users by resolving incidents related to systems, hardware, software, and network. Manage user access, permissions, and credentials across corporate systems and environments. Administer and monitor firewall rules to enhance network security. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network infrastructure, including cabling, switches, routers, and access points. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Support IT asset management and tracking. Provide support and guidance to users on Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, etc.). Identify and resolve security issues on devices and within the network environment. Monitor and keep corporate antivirus solutions up to date. Support security incident prevention, including attacks, phishing, and malware. Guide users on best practices for information security in digital environments. Previous experience as a Help Desk Analyst, Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Technician, or Systems Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
