




**Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate sales for the Unit, directly supporting seller development, analyzing client portfolios, monitoring performance, prospecting new business, and assisting in more complex negotiations to drive results for the Company; * Coordinate the sales team, gaining full knowledge of all processes, training and enabling the team to fully perform area-related tasks while adhering to the Company’s disciplinary rules; * Participate in or conduct monitoring of the team’s client portfolio, tracking daily sales results, reallocating clients as needed to achieve an optimal balance between the number of clients assigned to each seller and the level (quality) of service provided; * Monitor sales targets through internal controls, implementing corrective actions for identified deviations and taking necessary measures with the team to achieve expected results; * Guide the team in negotiations, development of new clients (individual and corporate), granting discounts within authorized limits, promoting campaigns, visiting clients when required, and complying with the Company’s commercial, financial, and logistics policies—aiming to minimize risks and enhance organizational results; * Support market mapping activities for potential customers, identifying specific client needs to increase sales opportunities; * Analyze post-sales service requests, directing them to specialized departments for resolution and actively monitoring outcomes with relevant departments; * Maintain relationships with support areas (Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, Logistics) to resolve issues efficiently; * Support people management activities (hiring, performance evaluation, feedback, and terminations) and ensure smooth daily store operations. **Basic Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Management Processes, Human Resource Management, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in technologies: Email, Systems, Telephony, Office Suite (Word, Excel); * Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales is desirable.
