JOB DESCRIPTION Manage all logistics activities. Administer all branch documentation. Manage all information from the Company's system. Manage the branch HR department (hiring, disciplinary actions, documentation, working hours, attendance control, uniforms, ID badges, motivation, training, and dismissals). Manage branch cash control. Manage physical maintenance of branch assets (vehicles, buildings, and equipment). Manage branch commercial activities. Visit Base customers. Close deals together with the key accounts sales team. Contact customers for commercial information and resolution of complaints. Manage branch metrics by conducting root cause analysis and action plans when indicators fall below established targets. Present monthly activity reports with achieved results to the Board of Directors. EDUCATION: Completed undergraduate degree. SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: Concentrated attention, ability to calculate freight costs, organization, initiative, proactivity, sense of priority, good communication, appropriate interpersonal skills for the work area, leadership, and discipline. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: 6 months.
