For more information, visit: https://brazil.egt.com/vlt/ *Job Responsibilities:* **Machine Maintenance and Support:** * Coordinate regular machine inspections to ensure full functionality for customer use. * Promptly resolve machine issues to guarantee continuous user experience. * Provide follow-up and statistical reports when required for specific cases in any area. **Database Management:** * Maintain, update, and review databases related to machines, ensuring accuracy and reliability. **Testing and Configuration:** * Conduct laboratory tests for game and server configuration, including functionality and performance verification. * Create installation files for the remote accounting system, ensuring complete documentation and accurate data. **Activation and Deactivation Processes:** * Generate activation and deactivation files for hardware changes or conversions affecting machine counters. * Upload files to the company platform with precise machine data and MAC addresses. **Customer Interaction and Auditing:** * Visit regional customers every two months for audits and brand presence maintenance. * Address customer needs and requests regarding machine performance and functionality. **Technical Coordination:** * Provide documentation and support to technicians and other internal departments. * Monitor the UCAS system to track machine online/offline status and coordinate with customers and technical teams to maintain operational continuity. ***Job Requirements:*** * Work location in João Pessoa and surrounding areas, including other Northeastern states. * Periodic visits to the São Paulo office will be required. * Intermediate or higher level of English (to be tested during interview). * Completed technical course in mechatronics/mechanics/electronics. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is a plus.
