




Job Summary: IT professional to provide support and maintenance for systems and infrastructure, guiding users and collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on technological solutions and user support ***Responsibilities*** Address user inquiries regarding routines of system modules; Identify, together with users, information about issues occurring in systems and/or equipment; Guide computer lab assistants on the use of software and equipment; Negotiate service priorities for maintenance tasks with requesters; Monitor third-party technicians during repair visits to institutional equipment and infrastructure; Collaborate with other divisions of the IT department in preparing various reports and resolving queries regarding system and infrastructure procedures; Update user records and unify their codes in the Elis2 event system; Configure email accounts; Create, configure, administer, and delete email aliases; Install digital certificates/tokens; Assess the need to install requested software or applications; Install software according to requirements and equipment location; Manage and distribute software licenses using SharePoint; Install Microsoft Office on faculty laptops; Perform backups, configurations, and restorations of operating systems and utilities on equipment; Inspect the condition and functionality of infrastructure equipment and replace them when necessary; Supply printer consumables, controlling their receipt and distribution; Perform preventive maintenance by checking the need for adjustments, repairs, and/or corrections to infrastructure equipment; Activate warranty services for infrastructure equipment—both Univali-owned assets and leased equipment—for repairs and/or replacements; Manage implementation content in the Service Desk NAS; Explore solutions for new technologies to be implemented; Develop operational and maintenance manuals for networks and computer lab equipment. ***Requirements*** Technical or undergraduate degree in progress in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis, or related fields; Basic knowledge of hardware and software technical support (Windows, Office suite, etc.); Fundamental understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, structured cabling); Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving ability; Familiarity with incident management tools (Service Desk, Qualitor, etc.); Experience with network and server environments (Active Directory, SharePoint); Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 12:50 PM to 10:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 10-minute break. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity; all positions are open to persons with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$3.000,00 – R$3.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan * Transportation voucher Education: * Currently enrolled in or having interrupted undergraduate studies (preferred) Work Location: On-site
