Equipment maintenance and optimal operation. Multichannel support (phone, e\-mail, chat, and in\-person). Incident and task prioritization and management. Clear communication with users. Preventive maintenance and system updates. Technical problem diagnosis and agile resolution. Previous experience as a Technical Support Assistant, Development Assistant, Infrastructure Assistant, or Systems Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
