Key Responsibilities: * Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling); * Support document organization for onboarding; * Update internal spreadsheets and systems; * Provide support for training and development initiatives; * Assist in onboarding activities for new employees; * Support organizational climate surveys and internal initiatives. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Availability to intern during business hours (morning/afternoon — as per company schedule). Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in administrative tasks; * Basic knowledge of HR processes.
