Overview Providing technical support and customer service to the client base, network monitoring (NOC), and corrective actions. Responsibilities TNS is a specialist in the machine-to-machine (M2M) data management market, having launched operations in 1990 in the United States and currently serving clients in more than 60 countries. To facilitate interactions between the market and telecommunications operators, TNS maintains close partnerships with leading domestic suppliers, delivering to customers the agility and personalized service they require. TNS is a global leader in data transmission management, with over one million connected devices in Brazil and approximately two million worldwide.* Providing email and telephone support to small- and medium-sized enterprise clients; * Providing information regarding contracts, products, plans, technical specifications, and behavioral insights related to the contracted product; * Addressing client inquiries; * Receiving complaints about products or services provided by TNS and assisting in resolving issues; if the issue falls outside technical support’s scope, directing it to the responsible department; * Identifying the relevant area or department involved in the complaint process and resolving the client’s issue in the most effective manner, while recording all details in the ticketing system; * Logging all calls in the system; * Opening tickets with telecom operators, suppliers, and TNS partners to resolve TNS clients’ issues; * Tracking tickets, following up, requesting feedback, and obtaining updates on the status of ticket resolution. Education* Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Information Systems, IT Management, or related fields.
