We are based in Joinville and have been operating since 2016. **Job Description** Position: Customer Support Analyst Provide customer support via our support channels. Create documentation for customers. Location: Joinville / SC – Bom Retiro neighborhood – Next to Garten Shopping Working hours: 8h30 per day, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 18:00. Desirable Knowledge: * Experience with ERP tools; * Business knowledge. Academic Qualification: Currently enrolled in or completed undergraduate or technical program in IT or Financial Management.
