After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate low-complexity machines and equipment related to the production line, activating appropriate control devices for machine operation, as well as performing machine adjustments and parameter tuning throughout the production process to ensure fulfillment of production orders. * Perform various production-line-related activities, such as product processing and assembly, inspections of general operating conditions, low-complexity maintenance (e.g., equipment and machine lubrication and calibration), and manual, semi-automatic, and automatic material handling—all to support smooth production operations. * Carry out quality routines, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, performing reprocessing disposal and equipment cleaning, reporting and quarantining non-conforming products, and executing the Process Technical Standard (PTS), to guarantee compliance with established quality standards. * Perform TPM routines, identifying anomalies in machines and equipment, issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags, and participating in their resolution.
