After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate low-complexity machines and equipment related to the production line, activating appropriate control devices to operate the machine, as well as adjusting machine settings and parameters throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with production orders. * Perform various activities related to production lines, such as product processing and assembly, general operational condition inspections, low-complexity maintenance (e.g., lubrication and equipment/machine adjustments), and manual, semi-automatic, and automatic material handling tasks — all aimed at enabling smooth production process operation. * Carry out quality routines, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, performing rework disposal and equipment cleaning, reporting and quarantining non-conforming products, and executing the Process Technical Standard (PTS), to ensure achievement of established quality standards. * Perform TPM routines, identifying anomalies in machines and equipment, issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags, and taking action on their resolution. Open SSMA Reports (behavioral observations) and Non-Conformities, and participate in Productivity Meetings and Pre/Post PCM meetings when requested, aiming to maximize equipment and production process productivity and efficiency. * Perform occasional general service tasks as directed by management, ensuring basic equipment and workplace conditions. * Know and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma (Mandatory) **Worth noting:** **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve to live with well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
