Job Summary: Performs simple or heavy manual labor in Operations, including cleaning, maintenance of green areas, vehicle washing, and general organization for the company. Key Highlights: 1. Handles organization and conservation of vehicles and equipment Performs simple or heavy manual labor in the Operations area, under instruction, in the field, at waste storage facilities, or in production operations; collecting, stacking, loading, unloading, packaging, transferring, and transporting parts, materials, or tools; cleaning yards and reservoirs; performing weeding, pruning, cutting, and replanting on lawns and internal roads; washing vehicles, machines, and equipment; organizing areas and performing other general manual tasks to contribute to the company's organizational and environmental standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Under instruction, performs simple or heavy manual labor in the field within the Operations area, maintaining green areas to preserve internal roads, ponds, stormwater galleries and drains; performing embankment restoration work, gravel layer application, soil drilling for installation or repair of fence posts and fences; installing, replacing, or removing signage plates; maintaining curbs, poles, gates, and drain covers to ensure area preservation and organization; * Performs manual labor at solid, liquid, or gaseous waste storage facilities, collecting, stacking, loading, unloading, packaging, and transferring materials as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Cleans yards, reservoirs, water intake boxes, and internal roads by sweeping, collecting paper, debris, detritus, and material remnants; * Performs weeding, pruning, cutting, replanting, edging, and slope weeding around ponds; raking green biomass; removing dead animals; mowing green areas; planting; fertilizing; covering with soil; watering lawns; and bagging swept material for final disposal at appropriate locations; * Removes unsuitable soil and re-finishes embankments; replaces damaged pipes as needed; distributes compacted soil layers to eliminate or minimize land erosion; * Washes vehicles, machines, and equipment, removing dust and other debris from both interior and exterior surfaces using pneumatic machines, vacuum cleaners, brushes, and similar materials; suspending vehicles or placing them in appropriate pits to wash their undersides; washing bodywork, windows, wheels, and tires; polishing metal structures; recording services performed; and monitoring consumption material replenishment; * Lubricates, adjusts, and calibrates all mechanical and pneumatic equipment according to each machine’s specifications, using appropriate instruments to ensure extended equipment service life; * Performs other related activities as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma preferred. * Knowledge of operating equipment and tools used in lawn, brush, and tree mowing, as well as vehicle, machine, and equipment washing. * Organizational skills, dynamism, proactivity, and interpersonal communication abilities. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Gym membership assistance * Pharmacy assistance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
