Prepare the work area, including cleaning and organizing the construction site. Analyze and implement projects and technical specifications. Operate hand and power tools, including hammers, chisels, saws, and drills. Mix and apply mortar, concrete, and other construction materials. Previous experience as a Construction Foreman, Construction Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, or Project Manager may indicate familiarity with some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
