





Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring HR processes with a strategic focus, acting as a partner to leadership. Ensuring alignment of HR practices with the company’s culture, with emphasis on organizational development, workplace climate, performance management, and talent retention. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields (a postgraduate degree is preferred); * Solid experience in HR subsystems (Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Evaluation, Internal Marketing, Job Analysis and Compensation, Organizational Climate); * Experience in retail is preferred.
