Description: * High school diploma; preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably with emphasis on administration or commercial management; * Effective communication, strategic focus, empathy and customer orientation, resilience, sense of ownership, emotional intelligence; * General understanding of the workshop and dealership after-sales processes. * Greet customers; * Perform vehicle condition checklist upon workshop entry; * Open service orders (SO) and fully confirm the vehicle’s malfunction, ensuring all vehicle symptoms reported by the customer are completely documented (customer present); * Prepare estimates, present them to the customer, and obtain prior approval before service execution; * Monitor service execution in the workshop; quality control, vehicle washing; * Provide supplementary estimates to customers; * Schedule vehicle pickup; * Explain performed services, answer questions, and clarify the customer satisfaction survey; * Close service orders and issue invoices (NF). 2512220202491421034
