Job Summary: Internship opportunity for engineering students focused on automation, modernization of electrical systems, and continuous improvement, supporting the development and analysis of strategic indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Support the development and analysis of strategic and operational indicators. 2. Contribute to the planning and execution of automation projects. 3. Collaborate in identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Description: * Currently enrolled in Electrical Engineering (with emphasis on Automation, Power Systems, Telecommunications, or Electronics) or Production Engineering; * Currently enrolled at any higher education institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Enrolled from the 4th semester onward and no more than one year away from graduation; * Availability for 6 hours per day during morning shift (07:30–13:30 or 11:30–17:30\); * Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets, and analytical tools); Desirable Qualifications (Preferred): * Basic programming knowledge (Python); * Data analysis and artificial intelligence. * Support the development, analysis, and monitoring of the department’s strategic and operational indicators; * Contribute to the planning and execution of automation and electrical system modernization projects; * Support project and continuous improvement initiatives by applying quality methodologies and management tools (e.g., PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma); * Participate in the development and maintenance of technological solutions integrating data, automation, and telecommunications; * Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency within internal processes. 2511070202301075971
