Colégio GGE | João Pessoa - PB | In-person Job Description Plan and deliver classes for the corresponding educational stage, in accordance with guidance and content established by the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC) and the school’s Pedagogical Project Plan (PPP); assess students through grading tests or assignments; conduct in-class activities; clarify doubts; and promote the development of competencies and skills. Responsibilities and Duties Plan and implement teaching activities, considering the curriculum content, BNCC guidelines, and the school’s PPP, while incorporating advances in educational technology to facilitate learning; Collect and interpret data regarding the realities of one’s class; - Organize methods for delivering content—experiential learning situations; Assess and record student progress in tests, school assignments, and participation in pedagogical projects, and provide grades and feedback; Collaborate cooperatively within the school environment, working alongside other teachers, coordinators, school administration, parents, and other stakeholders; Participate in meetings, pedagogical projects, and other activities proposed by the institution; Respond to requests from school leadership regarding one’s teaching activities conducted within the school setting. Maintain pedagogical and formative records; Participate in continuous professional development for teachers (Teacher Meetings); Collaborate in developing educational projects; Provide individualized instruction to each student, promoting interactive learning; Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education-related or technology-related fields. Experience in educational or training environments. Desirable Requirements Proficiency in using content creation tools and platforms. Knowledge of active teaching methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across different departments. Creativity and innovation in designing educational materials. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software. Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
