




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and adjusting production equipment, diagnosing anomalies, maintaining communication with supervisors, and ensuring process quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor equipment operation and conduct inspections to improve efficiency 2. Assist in organizing conversion activities and report anomalies 3. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and occupational safety Responsibilities: * Monitor equipment operation during the production process, operate control devices, perform adjustments, and carry out periodic inspections of operational results to ensure higher equipment efficiency and productivity. * Inform supervisors promptly about possible anomalies in the production process via meetings or other communication channels, aiming at corrective and preventive actions. * Assist Multi-skilled Technicians in organizing conversion activities and execute them according to schedule. * Evaluate, diagnose, and report equipment and safety anomalies using specific forms. * Identify root causes of problems by technically analyzing their effects. * Report incidents and actions taken during one’s shift to the next shift, aiming at standardization and continuity of work. * Analyze trends of process variables through graphical analysis and established process limits, performing necessary interventions to maintain system control. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices by following procedures described in applicable standards. * Strictly comply with operational procedures as well as those related to occupational safety. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. * Comply with procedures of quality management systems, food safety systems, and Good Manufacturing Practices. * Collaborate with senior technicians in preparing reports for their respective operational areas. * Participate, under HR guidance, in training courses for professional development aimed at simplifying and enhancing functional activity effectiveness. * Conduct, under supervision, technical training for Level I, II, III, and entry-level technicians within one’s area of responsibility. Requirements: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering and completed High School. * Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in can manufacturing preferred. * Instrumental English proficiency preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Microinformatics for system consultation. Additional Qualifications: Experience in the can manufacturing sector.
