Description: * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials; * Intermediate knowledge of statistics; * Knowledge of elastomer mixing, injection, vulcanization, and painting production processes (desirable); * Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); * Database knowledge (Power BI, SharePoint Lists, etc); * Experience in industrial production processes working in areas such as Quality / Engineering / Processes / Development, preferably in rubber & plastic product manufacturing. * Responsible for implementing / optimizing process controls related to materials. * Participate in statistical analyses of process / product capability; * Develop and implement systems and procedures to control and monitor production processes - definition of parameters; * Define process control characteristics and establish appropriate statistics, such as performance analyses and improvement actions; * Develop operational procedures and quality standards, including technical specifications; * Conduct training on process / materials technologies across the organization; * Identify, coordinate, and propose solutions to eliminate material-related failures and associated processes, applying methodologies such as PDCA, root cause analysis, DMAIC, Kaizen, etc... 2510160202251716709
