With Puropão, the group consolidates its presence in the North and Northeast, investing in regional development, job creation, and industrial innovation, focusing on sustainable growth. **Responsibilities and duties** This professional will ensure the continuous and efficient operation of industrial equipment and facilities. They will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance team, planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring equipment availability and reliability. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Coordinating activities of the mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance team, ensuring the execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. * Developing and monitoring preventive maintenance plans to minimize unplanned downtime and increase productive efficiency. * Diagnosing failures in machines and equipment, proposing and implementing effective solutions. * Ensuring the availability and proper functioning of industrial equipment, especially those dedicated to the production of hamburger buns and other bakery products. * Managing inventory of spare parts and supplies necessary for maintenance, avoiding waste and reducing downtime. * Supervising technicians and mechanics, promoting training and continuous skill development. * Collaborating with production and quality departments to ensure productivity and food safety targets are met. * Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations, good manufacturing practices, and regulatory requirements. * Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in industrial maintenance, optimizing costs and increasing operational reliability. * Managing contracts with third-party service providers when necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** What we are looking for in you: * Technical or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Proven experience as a mechanic, electrician, or automation technician prior to assuming a leadership role in maintenance. * Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems, and industrial automation. * Experience in implementing and managing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Ability to manage teams and provide technical leadership. * Capacity for failure analysis and solving complex problems. * Availability to work shifts or on-call duties as required by factory needs. * Solid experience in maintaining bakery equipment, preferably in hamburger bun production lines.
