The Commercial Planning area of Specialists aims to enhance the strategic performance of the commercial team by connecting data intelligence, business vision, and timing of opportunities to generate impact on BUPJ’s most relevant customers. For this position, we seek an analyst who wishes to be a protagonist in transforming BUPJ’s commercial operations, supporting the PJ Investment structure with analytical insight and the ability to influence decisions that deliver real impact to Retail’s largest customers. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with partner and client areas, a provocative mindset for developing studies that help steer the business, as well as analytical capabilities to generate and monitor the key performance indicators of our operations. The analyst will interact with professionals across all hierarchical levels; therefore, teamwork and strong interpersonal relationships will be essential for this role.
