Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and coordinating transfers and tour/event services, ensuring smooth operations and preparing incident reports. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and procedure monitoring #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring of passenger arrival and departure transfers and tour services, taking appropriate actions in case of contingencies (e.g., vehicle issues, flight delays, etc.) * Monitoring and coordination of event-related services (vehicles, drivers, etc.) * Assistance and support in developing the staff schedule * Submitting daily incident reports * Other duties relevant to the position #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of operational and logistics routines. * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures. * Availability to work rotating shifts, if required. * Knowledge of route planning. #### **Desirable Requirements (Advantageous):** * Prior experience in operations or logistics. * Familiarity with inventory management systems. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Plan; * Health and Wellness Programs; * Educational Partnerships; * Life Insurance; * Complimentary Services from Grupo Luck. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * 44 hours per week * Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
