Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields (postgraduate studies will be a differentiator); * Solid experience in HR subsystems (Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Evaluation, internal marketing, Job and Salary, Organizational Climate); * Experience in retail will be a differentiator.
