




Job Summary: Support the Electrical Maintenance department in structuring, standardizing, and monitoring maintenance routines, with a focus on reliability, availability, and safety. Assist in integrating inspections with digital dashboards and reports Support the Electrical Maintenance department in structuring, standardizing, and monitoring electrical maintenance routines, focusing on the reliability, availability, and safety of electrical systems and equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in mapping plant electrical assets and systems (distribution boards, panels, transformers, motors, motor control centers (MCCs), cables, lighting, lightning protection systems (SPDA), etc.); * Support the development and updating of electrical maintenance plans, defining frequencies, responsible parties, and prioritization criteria; * Contribute to standardizing maintenance checklists and inspection worksheets, aligning them with preventive and predictive maintenance practices; * Support implementing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or automated spreadsheets for recording and tracking work orders; * Conduct field inspections under supervision, verifying the physical integrity of panels, connections, cables, and protective devices; * Monitor electrical measurements (current, voltage, insulation resistance, thermography, among others); * Support the team in executing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as re-tightening, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration; * Record non-conformities and support proposing corrective and continuous improvement actions; * Support collecting and analyzing electrical performance data (consumption, temperature, vibration, current, power factor, etc.); * Contribute to creating electrical asset indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, criticality, failure rate); * Prepare technical reports based on inspections and measurements, identifying failure trends and proposing scheduled or emergency corrective interventions; * Assist in integrating inspections with digital dashboards and reports; * Support updating electrical diagrams, inventories, and intervention records; * Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions; * Maintain control and traceability of equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) used in electrical activities; * Support updating maintenance history and failure analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***Mandatory:*** Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering program (from the 6th semester onward); Intermediate Excel proficiency; Basic knowledge of quality tools. ***Desirable:*** Organized Time management skills Teamwork orientation Availability to intern from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday (1-hour lunch break). **Join Mohawk Brasil: where innovation and tradition build the future!** With 65 years of history, we are part of the Mohawk Group, a global leader in surfacing solutions.
